Volunteers
At Reaching Out we welcome volunteers from all over the world. Whether you are single or a couple, a student, working or retired; whether you want to stay a while in Hoi An or volunteer on-line we welcome your skills and contributions to our social business and your support for our progressive work with and for people with disAbilities.
In the past we have had help developing and renewing our website, developing a long term business strategy and annual business plans, updating our Human Resource policies and procedures, re-branding the business including artwork, upgrading our English language skills and improving our merchandising and displays. Many volunteers are great salespeople and relate well to our international customers in our shop.

After you apply and it seems that your skills fit our needs, we will put you in touch with present or former volunteers, so that you can hear first hand what a service experience is like at Reaching Out.
We are also proud to announce that we take part in the “weltwaerts”-program of the DED (German Development Service). We welcome young volunteers for 1 year at Reaching Out where they not only help Reaching Out through their contributions, but also learn about themselves as young citizens of the world and what direction their lives may follow.
